1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and jyo9 ("jyo9", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the jyo9 website located at jyo9.pro and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, "the Service"). • You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using the Service is lawful in your location before registering.

jyo9 reserves the right to refuse any application for account registration, or to close any existing account, at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason, provided that any genuinely held positive balance is returned to the account holder in accordance with the withdrawal policy.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Wallet

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on jyo9 is ৳200 (Bangladeshi Taka two hundred). jyo9 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank, subject to the current payment methods listed on the deposit page at the time of your transaction. Deposit limits (minimum and maximum) are displayed at the point of deposit and may change without prior notice. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. jyo9 is not liable for delays caused by mobile banking networks or third-party payment processors.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have been verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal is processed. jyo9 may request identity documents including a national ID card, passport, or driver's licence and a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address.
• Withdrawals will be sent only to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment method registered in the same name as the jyo9 account. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering.
• Any active bonus funds subject to a wagering requirement must be fully rolled over before the corresponding real-money balance can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• jyo9 processes withdrawals within standard Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may be affected by the payment processor. jyo9 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party banking infrastructure.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 General Bonus Policy

jyo9 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a promotional offer's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotional offer's specific terms will prevail with respect to that offer only.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the following general wagering rules apply to all bonuses credited to jyo9 accounts:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotional terms before they can be withdrawn. The default rollover requirement, where no specific figure is stated, is thirty (30) times the bonus amount.
• Wagering contributions from different game categories may differ. Slots and crash games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate, as specified in the applicable promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date they are credited. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the expiry period will be automatically removed from the account. The specific expiry period will be stated in the promotional terms.

jyo9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account prior to the change taking effect, provided the player continues to comply with the terms applicable to those funds.

5. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are derived from illegal activity, including money laundering, fraud, theft, or any other criminal enterprise. jyo9 is committed to cooperating fully with law enforcement authorities in any investigation relating to such activity.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, vulnerabilities, or technical faults in any game or platform feature to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be removed from the account.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person, allowing a third party to operate your account, or transferring funds between jyo9 accounts by any means.

jyo9 employs automated monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, jyo9 reserves the right to freeze the account pending investigation without prior notice. All decisions taken by jyo9 regarding prohibited conduct are final, subject only to the dispute resolution procedure described in these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property
